We take your feedback, concerns, suggestions and complaints very seriously. If you have an issue or concern regarding any aspect of our services, please feel free to contact your Doctor or our Practice Manager on (02) 4637 1133
If you feel the need to discuss the matter outside the practice, you may contact NSW Health Care Complaints Commission on (02) 9219 7444 or 1800 043 159.
We do not use email for communicating with the doctors. If you need to email photos or documents for consultation purposes, please contact the practice during opening hours on (02) 4637 1133

Due to confidentiality reasons – Phone calls from patients are generally not taken by the doctors during a consult due to confidentiality reasons.
Where appropriate you may leave a phone message for your doctor and they will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours.
If the matter is urgent, the doctor will take the call. In an emergency call “000”.

The Health Information we collect may be collected by a number of different methods, and may include, but not limited to: medical test results, notes from consultations, Medicare details, data collected from observations and conversations with you, and details obtained from other health care providers (e.g. specialist correspondence).

Walk-In Appointments – Walk-ins are allocated to the first available doctor. These appointments are intended for urgent, same-day concerns only. To help our doctors run on time and to ensure you get appropriate time with your GP, we strongly encourage booking an appointment whenever possible.

Results will not be given out over the phone – Why?
For purposes of privacy, accuracy and confidentiality as well as medico-legal reasons, pathology and imaging results will NOT be given over the phone nor be given to any third party unless prior arrangements have been made between you and your doctor.
Please book to see your doctor or the next available doctor to discuss them.

We generally do not do home visits, however this can be discussed and booked if appropriate at a cost of $250 per home visit.
We will organise home visits on a case by case basis in special circumstances. We encourage patients to attend the clinic where we can access our full range of equipment so we can provide the best medical care and advice.
