Dr Lance graduated from Dundee University in Scotland in 1998 and trained in Emergency, Orthopaedics and Critical Care in Scotland before emigrating to Australia in 2003. He spent 11 years in Emergency, Paediatrics and Intensive Care Units in Liverpool and Campbelltown before respecialising in General Practice.

Dr Lance is a strong believer in lifestyle medicine and its role in primary care and is committed to supporting patients through life and health.
As a registered Sports Doctor and accredited Ringside Physician he is experienced in the management of acute sporting injuries as well as working the athletes and those looking to perform at a higher level.

Dr Lance also deals with eczema and Aron Therapy, and is an active Highland Games athlete both in Australia and internationally and a previous Masters Strongman champion outside of medicine.
